The year 2020 has been full of surprises that have completely turned everybody’s lives upside down somehow or another. The one that has taken a toll on everyone here in the United States, as well as across the globe is COVID-19.
COVID-19, AKA Coronavirus, started in China. “The new virus was found to be a coronavirus, and coronaviruses cause a severe acute respiratory syndrome,” according to CDC. Different strains of Coronavirus have existed for years, including SARS-CoV. It stems from the city of Wuhan possibly due to an animal being sold at a local market. Covid-19 quickly spread in China then continued to spread to other countries. This caused a pandemic worldwide. Symptoms of Coronavirus include breathing issues, fever, chills, fatigue, muscle pain, amongst others. People may not realize that they have it because they are asymptomatic, which makes it easier to spread to others.
The Coronavirus spread to family members, friends, co-workers, and even strangers.
Relationships have been affected by the virus, but not in ways that people may think.
